Available shipping methods are via JNE regular, free shipping for JABODETABEK area, we do not accept COD.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we only accept shipping in Indonesia.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

After we receive the payment, the package will be processed and sent by JNE. Estimated shipments of about 2-7 days depending on distance of delivery location. We send the package from Tangerang.

How your package wrapped?

Your package will be wrapped using environmentally friendly pack paper that is not easily torn and not easily damaged.

We only accept payment via bank transfer method.

     

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, buying our products through on-line is very safe, because customer satisfaction and trust is our priority. Guarantee if the package does not arrive until past 7 days delivery, payment will be refund 100%.

How to confirm my Order’s payment?

To confirm payment can be checked through the Website, or can be through our social media account on Twitter with email address, order number, transfer amount and bank account. Example: “I want to confirm payment by order number # 55555, transfer amount Rp 125.000 to BRI.”

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to cancel an order you can follow this link. Order cancellation can be done for several reasons:

  • Order Items have no stock.
  • Shipping outside the coverage area.
  • Cancellation made after paying the order, then the refund will be deducted 10%.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns products can be sent back to our office address, and we are not responsible for the shipping cost to us and from us. Return of product can only be done if our product happened reject/damage and upon prior confirmation after product reach to buyer/consumer.
